Trying to remember all the different email adresses, account numbers, passwords etc can be quite confusing especially if you only wrote them down and didn't label each one. One lesson learnt! AStill, the help site was good and and instant email from the blog to tell you how to do if you were using the wrong password.

That's one of the things I find hardest, remembering emails and passwords and login names!
I try and keep things simple and easy and use the same names/passwords as much as possible.
